1- Use a soap for your skin rich glycerin or olive oil.

Vitamin A. In: Sunflower oil - eggs - fats - fish - fish oil - liver - butter - milk and milk products - vegetables, especially spinach - lettuce - Broccoli - squash - cabbage - Greer - broccoli - carrots - mint - tomato - peas - Watermelon - fruit peel - parsley - peach -Apricot - orange - Melon - Banana - precious - nuts - almonds, and others.
And find vitamin D in:
Morh fish oil - fatty fish - sardines - fat - butter - egg yolk - milk - herb salad.
3 - Wash your face greasy cream emulsion.
4 - Use a sun protection cream.
5 - Use lotions and masks appropriate for your skin.
6 - Avoid cosmetics manufacturer.
7 - Use plants that save water in the skin and maintains its flexibility.
8 - Eat a teaspoon of brewer's yeast twice daily or plum yeast twice because they prevent dehydration.
