He has lost 40 pounds in less than a year after changing his lifestyle and indeed changing his shape dramatically.
But while his weightloss has, no doubt, improved his health immeasurably it has provided another problem for Jonah Hill.
After losing fat around his face, and with his new sleek hairstyle, the 27-year-old's ears have become extremely prominent.

The Get Him To The Greek star is virtually unrecognisable from the fat funnyman seen in his breakthrough role Superbad.
Jonah kick started his weight loss earlier this year when he started to see a nutritionist and worked out with a personal trainer because he 'thought it was important to be healthier.'
It is estimated Jonah has lost around 40 pounds through his new diet and exercise regime.
Speaking to Los Angeles Times about slimming down he said: 'It's not fun. I wouldn't say it's the most fun endeavour I've ever took on in my life - but it's important. And I'm enjoying it.

'If I eat something unhealthy now, I kind of feel a little weird and my body hurts.'
Recently Jonah has been having a very public spat with Glee's Matthew Morrison.
Last week Hill appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and revealed how Morrison has embarrassed on two occasions.
Hill warned: 'Matthew Morrison, you better bring your s**t next time, dude, 'I'd like to see him sing his way out of this one!'

Response: The Glee star responded by sending his own warning to Jonah in a video on Jimmy Fallon
Morrison responded by making a video which he sent directly to Fallon where he responded to Hill's threat with a challenge of his own.
The Glee star said: 'I heard what went down on your show the other day,' he said in a video sent directly to talk show host Jimmy Fallon, adding, 'I heard that Jonah said I should bring my s*** next time.'
'Well, guess what?' he continued. 'This is next time.'
'You think I can't sing my way out of this?' I can sing my way out of it and I can dance my way out of it, so pick a date and I will meet you on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and we will settle this like men.'
He finished: 'Be afraid. Be very afraid, because nobody messes with someone from musical theatre.'
