Mariah Carey needs to lose 25 pounds for X Factor. The reality show starts on September 21, so the two hours of daily fitness and diet restrictions can't stop until she reaches her target weight. The mega-star has already lost 30 pounds, but according to insiders that isn't enough weight for her camera début and we all know this diva is a perfectionist.

It appears Mariah Carey is focused on her body after giving birth to twins and wanting to impress when she returns in front of the camera. Working out two hours every day, her body goals has a fitness trainer helping her get the look she wants.

If that isn't enough, she has immediately changed her diet. Staying away from refined sugar, white flour and some meat products, what she eats also has drastically changed to help shape her body.

Losing 30 pounds in two months and another 25 shows just how hard she is working to shed the baby weight. Monroe and Moroccan were born on April 30 and it is hard to imagine just how hard this new mom has lost 55 pounds in four months. It almost makes every fan wish the diva power Mariah Carey has for weight loss could be shared with others.

As for Mariah Carey, her focus to lose weight privately has worked as she has gone out of her way to avoid photographers, so her début will be stunning.
