Avoid over-shampooing

From use of to much shampoo your hair can loose  its natural oils and moisture, & your hair become dry. However, this  might be unavoidable, especially during the summer when  you are regularly working out because you will need to remove the dir from your scalp and hair. To avoid the adverse effects of over-shampooing, apply conditioner regularly.

Apply conditioner daily

Conditioner  great for keeping the hair soft and moisturized. If your hair is becoming dry, you can condition it to help keeping  its natural moisture.

You can simply apply  deep conditioner to your hair and put a plastic cap over it for a few hours. For much  dry hair, deep conditioning is advisable at least once a week.

If you have dry hair, caring for it doesn't have to be difficult. Sometimes, using the right & good  products for your hair type is enough to keep it healthy and beautiful

Hair is the ultimate accessory; it can change   your overall look instantly. Keeping it in healthy condition is the most important thing you can do to help it look and feel beautifull.

Comb Regularly:

Combing hair regularly is a good habit, as this is another way to massage hair tissues and enhance hair growth

In addition, combing with a wide-toothed brush separates tangles and prevents hair fall and damage. Moreover, hair is

weakest when wet, and soak dry with a towel before combing. Similarly, combing entirely dry hair is as harmful as combing wet hair. Use a comb which has soft

bristles also make sure that you use it regularly as improper use of comb may also damage your hair at times.

 Drying Hair:

Usually air-drying hair is the most preferred way. However, with the increased use of hair dryers, if not set and timed

properly essential moisture in the hair can be removed and can cause hair to dry and brittle. In addition, the gentle

massage with the towel prevents complex tangle formation. While there are many ways to dry your hair it is always

suggested to go natural as it will increase the hair life time and also strengthens your hair as well.

 Hair Trimming:

Trimming or cutting of hair on a regular basis not only gets rid of split ends, and will prevent the formation of split ends. Moreover, the more you cut your hair, the more it grows strongly but not in length. If untrimmed, the spilt ends grow up higher into the hair and will finally result in thinning and loss of hair. Moreover, the split-ends usually have a white head at the end of each split that looks very ugly, and makes explicit that hair is not healthy.

Healthy Sleeping Patterns:

A good sleep every day for about 6 to 8 hours relaxes head muscles and increases normal flow of well-oxygenated blood. Sleep relaxes the body and blood flows evenly throughout the body at the same level and therefore regulates hair growth. However, this does not stop with less sleep, but also disturbances I sleep pattern also results in loss of hair. Why to take risk? When you have a way do it.

 Hair Massage:

Massaging hair once or twice in week using oil or oil-based conditioners, improves blood circulation in the scalp, and relaxes muscles in the head, improving hair growth. This may include professional grooming at least once in six months or a year. Even otherwise, a gentle massage with fingertips, and gentle combing with all the hair in the opposite direction increases the flow of hair and has been observed to increase the growth of hair by volume

 Hair Growing

Hair growing gains importance as a healthy and naturally beautiful hair is soft, shiny, and thick has a good volume, and is clean from the hair follicleto the hair tip with not split ends or white heads.

Right Way To Wash Your Hair

Rinse your hair under the shower to rid it of the leave-on conditioner and styling aids you have used previously, using gentle strokes of your fingertips. Then, pour a dollop of shampoo in the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together, and then apply the shampoo to your scalp. Take note that you should put the shampoo on your scalp and not at the ends of your hair, as the shampoo would dry your hair's ends and cause it to weaken and split. Also, do not mix your hair all over your head as you shampoo because it will get all tangled up. After this, rinse the shampoo off.

 Shake Dandruff Flakes Away

Dandruff can, of course, become stubborn, so if washing everyday with your regular shampoo does not stop the flakes from becoming haywire, the next best thing to do would be to start using anti-dandruff shampoos. Look for anti-dandruff shampoos with zinc pyrithione, selenium sulfide, salicylic acid or ketoconazole as the active ingredient. To keep your scalp from developing immunity to these shampoos, go ahead and rotate brands at least once a month.
