The reality stars of The Only Way is Essex are no strangers to makeovers, be they of the boot camp, nose job or vajazzle variety.

Keeping true to form Gemma Collins took to her local high street in a slim-fitting white dress and a head full of hair curlers.

As the 30-year-old hit the shops in Brentwood she looked super confident and more than happy to be papped wearing a head full of Nora Batty-style curlers.

Her confidence might have something to do with her recent four stone weight loss, which has seen her drop from a size 20 to a size 14.

Gemma wrote in her Closer magazine column: "I'm desperate to be a size 12 by Christmas."


'I've lost 3lbs this week, so I'm 13st 5lb, but it was hard work and I've had to exercise all weekend."
