Mel B has become the latest face of Jenny Craig.

The X Factor judge, who gave birth to her third daughter Madison five weeks ago, said that she wanted to become an ambassador for the weight loss company so that she can feel better about herself.

Mel B told Today Tonight: "I've just had a baby - I need to take action. I think every mom who's just had a baby wants to drop their baby weight. I've always been pretty curvy and voluptuous - I've got big boobs and a big butt. But I want my curves to be a bit slimmer.

"I started at 75kg and I want to be about 60kg, but I want to do it gradually so that the weight stays off. I'm saying to myself [that] I'm going to lose the weight bit by bit. I don't want to do a crazy diet."

Mel B added that women are their "own worst enemy", saying that "we put the pressure on ourselves" and that she feels "quite huge" after her latest pregnancy.

Although her fellow X Factor judge Natalie Bassingthwaighte said that she was "revolted" by "ridiculous" reports that Mel B is overweight, the former Spice Girls singer said that she does not care what the media say.

"I have been in the spotlight for 15 years," she said. "There's nothing they can't say about me that I haven't heard. I don't really listen to what they say, I go on how I feel. I want to get back in my wardrobe that I had 10 months ago because it's a very expensive wardrobe!"

Mel B also admitted that her former Spice Girls bandmates have been lending their support.

"Mel C and Emma are tweeting me all the time," she revealed. "Victoria wished me luck before I came here. Geri's off on a boat somewhere so she'll be tweeting me too when she gets back. We always support each other no matter what we do."

Mel B said recently that breastfeeding made her stomach shrink almost immediately after she gave birth to Madison.
