EL PASO - If you have acne and you've tried everything on the market to clear up your skin, this may be music to your ears. An El Pasoan has developed a one-of-a kind treatment to get rid of unwanted blemishes.

"It's called First Crush. It's grape seed-based and to my knowledge, it's the first three-in-one acne blemish treatment on the market," said Wayne Beckley, the creator and founder of Merlot Skin Care.

But how effective is it? Mary Lee tried First Crush and told us it works.

"It's incredible, it's really crazy how it happens...I just use it and it goes away," said Lee.

"I came up with the idea because everything came in cumbersome, three-piece kits. and I found that people wanted more convenience," said Beckley.

Lee said unlike some of the other acne treatments on the market, First Crush has a pleasant odor.

"Have you ever had those orange ice cream popsicles? It smells exactly like that," stated Lee.

Beckley said his product doesn't irritate sensitive skin.

"We use not one---but ten active ingredients, and the main one is salicylic acid and it's very gentle," said Beckley.

Lee said First Crush beats out the competition.

"I've come to find out that if you use Proactiv, if you stop using it, it comes back right away." said Lee.

She said, after years of suffering through embarrassing acne, she's not going back to the other products.

"I'm really happy that it's come out. I encourage anybody to use it that wants something different and not the long process," said Lee.

A 6 oz. tube of First Crush costs $12.99. It's available online, at: http://www.merlotskincare.com/
