I was given the opportunity to try and review this new moisturizer from Jergens. I was happily surprised to learn that this range is cruelty-free (or are all Jergens products cruelty-free?) and it is also made with 94% natural ingredients. I'm curious to see how it will help with my eczema.
When I first squeezed the product into my hand, I was worried it would be too milky, but I wasn't disappointed as it's very light and not greasy, and it is very quickly absorbed into the skin. I like to use it on sunburns as it's very soothing, and it also worked great on my eczema as it's very moisturizing.
I like the subtle clean and fresh scent but if you are not a fan of cucumber, don't worry - it doesn't last long on the skin. To me, it also smell a little sweet, which is nice.
The packaging is great - I still can't decide if I prefer a squeezable tube or a pump! A tube makes it easier to use up every last bit of product, but a pump is less messy. I also love the look of the packaging, it feels very natural to me.
As an added cooling effect, try storing your after sun products in the fridge (:
Jergens Naturals Aloe Soothing Body Moisturizer is available in 200ml for RRP £4.99. Find out more by liking Jergens Facebook page, where you can also check out the 'Fantastic-O-Meter', and get expert advice and life coaching to help you feel fantastic all over
