All Banged Up: YouTube Videos
Posted on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 by Beauty Skin Care Natural
Hi everyone,
In yesterday's post, a reader suggested me to post some of my favorite YouTube videos about cutting your own side-sweep bangs. While there are many, I chose two of my most favorites in this topic and another one about styling your bangs. I hope you'll enjoy!
1. Kandee Johnson: actually, I watched this video and it got me started. Kandee's video is well instructed and she uses a razor instead of serrated shears like I do.
2. ahanhbarbie34: Hanh used a razor comb in this tutorial, which is a bit easier to use but she cut her hair wet (I don't prefer to do that, as I may end up with much shorter bangs!) Her styling tips are excellent, especially for those with fine hair.
3. Kandee Johnson (again): how to style your bangs in 2 minutes. I love her videos very much and this one shows a different way to style your bangs. You may end up looking like Nicole Richie :)
I hope you'll enjoy the videos and find it comfortable enough to cut your own bangs. It is not that challenging but you do need to take your time to trim it. Also, start cutting shorter pieces of hair first so you don't end up with bangs so short they stand straight up. (That was what happened to me in 7th grade, by the way!) If you are like me, chances are you need your bangs trimmed once a month. If you do it by yourself, you really save a lot of money and still look dashing.
P.S: If you like my blog, please subscribe to my feed. Thanks a lot!
