I must start by saying that I'm not the type to read diet books, because honestly, I need to gain weight, not lose it! But I was happily surprised to discover that this is not just another diet book, this a lifestyle book. It's not just about loosing weight, it's also about leaving an heathier life. Each chapter is focused on a single goal, so you can read the topic that interests you the most without having to read the whole book.
I like the fact that there's incorporated worksheets to motivate you and keep track of your progess. Stefan's explanations and tips are also easy to understand with illustrations and charts, like the one from Chapter 3 (the best things to eat, the good things to eat and the things to stay away from). Stefan has even included sample menus and yummy recipes (and yes, there's even desserts!). Everything is very clear and the book is easy to read from the start to the end.
