Detox diets are some of the most popular roads to weight loss around.Supporters say it's all about cleansing your body, removing toxins and poisons from your system to help it function at its best. They claim to help with constipation, bloating, lack of energy and more.We caught up with Kara Pribil, who recently decided to give detoxing a try."I decided with a friend of mine to go ahead, and we were going to do at least 10 days of juicing," she said.Nothing but juice made with fruits and vegetables from local farmer's markets, and that's what they consumed for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Pribil said the first three days, they didn't want to socialize. They were tired and enduring headaches. But after that, she said, they had more energy and clarity of thought.Plus, she had lost 10 pounds! But what did doctors say when we talked with them?
